Business rule for state change.

Hello Everyone,

                              I have a requirement. we have a outages tagged for incident and the duration is tagged for it. I need to  write a business rule if state changes from on-hold -awaiting caller to resolved the outage should be ended.

 

how can i write this condition in business rule?

Create before business rule like below.

Here select your "Outage" field instead of active.
