Business Stakeholder user not able to see attachment to the ticket

Hi All,
How can a business_stakeholder role user view the attachment to the Incident or RITM ticket?

Hello @Zubair Alam2
are the attachments disabled for that roles users? Or is there any encryption enabled in the system.
Go to Access control from filter navigator and check any ACLs on sys_attachment table.
You can add this role to existing ACL.
