If I select on hold reaon as Awaiting UAT and then the UAT status and UAT failure reason these two fields are getting pop up and then after filling values in UAT status and UAT failure reason want to change the on hold reason to 'Awaiting 3rd party' at that time after changing the on hold reason from awaiting whatever the values of UAT status and UAT failure fields need to remain as it is and also If I select on hold reason to Awaiting UAT and then there is none value in UAT status and UAT failure reason and then if i changes the on hold reason to 'Awaiting 3rd party'
HERE dependency is between UAT Status and UAT failure reason like UAT Status has one value 'failed UAT testing' after selecting that UAT failure reason pop up .

the UAT Status and UAT failure reason no needs to pop up because is 'UAT status and UAT failure reason' has none value then no need to keep the value and to pop up 'UAT status and UAT failure reason' field on form
then how to achive this .

Scenario is i have multiple on hold reasons in that mainly i am working on 'awaiting 3rd party' and 'Awaiting UAT' and basically there are other fields dependent on 'on hold reason' by selecting mentioned on hold reason there is one dependent field is polulating having name called 'please select 3rd party' and it has many values from one of them is 'avaloq' if i select avaloq one more depended field is poping up name called 'UAT status' and it has many values one of them is failed UAT testing by selecting this value one more field is getting poping up name call 'UAT Failure Reason'.
i have achieved this using ui policises now what i want is if i firstly select the on hold reason as 'Awaiting UAT' and and select 3rd party reference as 'Avaloq' and 'UAT status' to 'failed UAT testing/defect raised and selecting any UAT failure reason then secondly if i change my on hold reason to 'Awaiting 3rd party ' all these values of UAT status and UAT failure reason fields need to keet it as it is but if my UAT status field dont have any value means value = 'none' then no need to pop up the 'UAT Status' and 'UAT failure reason field'
then how to configure the business rule for this
