Button "Discuss"

When I installed the "Omni-Experience Standard Feature Set" application it enabled the "Discuss" button on all tables, I would like to know how and where you disable/enable this button for one or several tables?

Hi Emerson, 

We are currently upgrading to Tokyo and came across the Discuss UI Action. In our investigation, it appears if you have the Omni-Experience Standard Feature Set set as your Scope, Navigate to All --> Conversational Interfaces --> Settings. Select the Sidebar option on the left navigation pane, and deactivate it. This removed the Discuss button for us on the various task forms (incident, problem, etc.)

Is there a way to add this button to Workspace? I want to show the UI Action button on the Incident Workspace form.

Seems not an easy way to bring this button on Workspace. 

 

It is not a normal ui action, so looks difficult here and also need a customization.

Yes the discussion button is more specific to workspaces like

  • Customer Service Management (CSM) Configurable Workspace
  • CSM Manager Workspace
  • Human Resources (HR) Agent Workspace (Configurable only)
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) Manager Workspace
  • Vendor Management Workspace
