No, as the risk assessment has already been completed, any changes in the score will not impact the previous risk assessment.

I noticed that you have raised this question 3 times already. This and IRM - Risk Assessment - Scoring criteria, maybe you can keep just one. It not only pollute the forum but it makes it more difficult to help you.
Also, the question is quite vague. Have you tried it to verify yourself? Tell me what you tried and what result you got and what was the desired outcome instead?
