CAB date validation on Planned start date Not Working.

Hi all,

I have a requirement 

Conditions:

1.CAB date should be before planned start date.

2.CAB date can't be after planned start date.

I written some script stuff it is checking and working fine only for current month.

if I try to test next to current month it is not working. 

Need your help.
