CAB Workbench: Delegate is not able to start the meeting

Hi Al,,

I am using CAB workbench to review Change Requests.

In CAB Definition record, I am setting a resource as meeting delegate but delegate is not able to start the meeting however the CAB Manager is able to start the meeting.
