I have install CAB workbench - set up meetings but cannot understand 2 things : -
1. The iCalendar invite - I cannot see where I can view this - some of the invitees seem to get an Email - but not all. Can anyone explain this?
2. In individual meetings I have the Related Link 'Send meeting invites to attendees' - I was expecting a similar list to be shown on the 'CAB Definitions' as well - to enable me to invite the same people to every CAB that I had set up - this link is not there.
If not there how can I do this or do I need to invite everyone individually to each meeting?

Hi,
I think you should be able to check what has been sent from ServiceNow by checking the System Mailboxes > Outboxes > Sent from the filter navigator.
Regarding adding people to attend the CAB meeting using the definition (where you set the recurring meeting up) this can be setup by adding the board groups or board users sections when setting up your definition. This will add the same groups/members to the invite every time. You can then modify the list on each CAB meeting once it’s closer to the time.
With regards to the attendees I believe the OOTB functionality is that it will auto add the assigned to or delegate of any change requests that meet the criteria you specified in your meeting/definition after pressing generate agenda items. You’ll get a pop up which asks if you want to notify attendees now or you can select no and review who the attendees are in the related list and review/remove individuals.
Not sure if you’ve seen this but I found this pretty helpful:

Thanks
