CAB Workbench workflow when change is rescheduled after Agend Item is already created..

We've just started to using CAB Workbench for our weekly CAB review meeting.

While workbench is intuitive to review and approve during the CAB meeting, we started to notice lack of flexibility, or perhaps I do not know how it is supposed to work..

For example, during the review meeting, one of the CHG was announced as the implementation is pushed back 1 week so it should be review in next week..

In test instance, I reverted the CHG to New so it can be reassessed with new date... However, CAB DATE remains in CHG record that prevents it to be added to new CAB meetings.

Since it will have meeting note and agenda inputs, i can underhand the reason of complex relationship.. However I also assume that the postponing implementation during or before the CAB meeting may be common..

Is there action, workflow to support such scenario out of box?

Simply deleting agenda items from the specific cab meeting does not clear CAB date so I wanted to seek suggestion and guidance around it..

In this case, the next time you build the agenda, the new dates will automatically appear in the CAB meeting.

I think I over complicated the condition with my assumption. After adjusting condition, it adds everything state = authorized to next CAB meeting.
