CAD Voucher

Hi All. I just took the Application Development Fundamentals (On-Demand) but I did not receive the CAD Exam voucher. Are they offering the Voucher for the CAD exam? 

Amy help on how to get one? Am I missing some other courses?

Since November 2025, ServiceNow has transitioned to a new exam provider, Pearson VUE.

The voucher system is no longer applicable. Under the new process, candidates do not need a voucher—they can book exams directly and pay by card, or, if eligible, have the cost covered by the partner organization.

Once registered, you have 90 days to schedule and complete your exam.

• Since Year end 2025, ServiceNow Exams have transitioned from Kryterion/Webassessor to Pearson VUE and are now managed via ServiceNow University
• Exam vouchers have been discontinued
• Updated policies now govern registration validity, rescheduling, and refunds
• Changes have been made to retake policies, including waiting periods and associated costs

Exam Preparation:

• Review the Developer Certified Application Developer Credential Path for the list of recommended courses. Course completion is not required but highly recommended.
  • We strongly recommend completing the training before beginning the exam registration and scheduling processes. These courses are designed to align with the exam blueprint and significantly improve exam readiness.
• Review the CAD Exam Blueprint for exam objectives and other important details.
• Gain real-world experience, create, test, and learn on your own ServiceNow environment. 

Note: Once registered, you have 90 days to schedule and complete your exam.

There has been a transition from Webassessor (legacy) to Pearson VUE (new exam platform), so the above details don't need to be necessarily all correct anymore. For example - no vouchers are issued anymore...
