When a risk assessment is triggered from the Risk module, the related controls are automatically added to the Control Assessment. We have a field called Control Effectiveness (a dropdown) whose values are auto-populated using a backend business rule based on mitigation effectiveness field on assessment form
Currently, the computed Control Effectiveness result are only updated after manually change the mitigation effectiveness value and clicking Save & Calculate or by manually clearing and re-entering responses for each control in workspace This means the results are not calculated automatically when the controls are added to the assessment

Requirement
The computed Control Effectiveness field should be auto-calculated immediately when controls are added to the Control Assessment, without requiring any manual Save & Calculate action or clearing responses. The computation should run automatically during control addition or assessment load so that the values appear instantly in the workspace.
