Unfortunately, it's not really clear what your question is about. How is a calendar related to a table? And what exactly do you mean with "Calendar"? There are different concepts in ServiceNow regarding that topic!

Therefore, you better shouldn't ask for any solution ("How") but explain better your requirement, the purpose and the expectation ("What"). Then we can try to recommend the best solution!

I have a table appointment who has a start and end fields.  I want  to display the appointments records in a custom calendar to make it easy for the agent to visualize the appointments ,their start date and what will they end.
