calling script include in inbound email action

Hi 

I am trying to create incident from email(not from OOB inbound action) and i wrote code in script include by calling it in inbound action it is not creating incident record. but the code is working while using it in inbound action but not working when it is used in SI and i also passed email as parameter.

I would suggest you to achieve this by using flow designer. Its very simple and easy to configure. You can use inbound email as your trigger and in action you can create incident record as per your requirement.
