Can a user cancel a REQ/RITM from the portal?

When a user raises an incident, they can go into their tickets list on the portal and close the incident from there. However, I don't see the same options with REQs/RITMs. Is there an OOTB way for users to cancel/close their REQs/RITMs from the portal, or is this something that needs to be customised?

There is no OOTB way, you will need to create a custom solution, by using Custum Button on Portal.
