Can any explain the REST API error message in ATF?

Hi All,

 

I have received this error when i am running the ATF step can any explain this one?

Hi @DeepikaR1661877 

 

This can happen due to many reason:

 

  1. Check if the user is active and not locked out (Could be locked out if you attempted too many incorrectly)
  2. For using REST API user should have rest_service role.
  3. Check the user you are impersonating has valid WRITE access to update the record.
  4. Password needs reset should be false.
