can anyone help me to get restoring my PDI

#can anyone help me to get restore my PDI I'm not using my PDI from past 1 month due to personal problems
i developed lot of work on that now it showing your instance is hibernating

my pdi: dev74353.service-now.com

Consider it dead. There is no support available for PDI. Please get anew PDI mate.
