#can anyone help me to get restore my PDI I'm not using my PDI from past 1 month due to personal problems
i developed lot of work on that now it showing your instance is hibernating

Consider it dead. There is no support available for PDI. Please get anew PDI mate.

Your PDI is reclaimed and unfortunately there is no way to recover it.

Servicenow doesn't support any maintenance on PDI, you have to login at least once within 10 days interval.

Better way would just be to request for a new instance.

Going forward keep taking backup of your development, how to do it refer to below article:

Unfortunately any PDI which is not accessed for 7-10 days will be taken back by servicenow & u won't be able to restore it,untill unless u have taken a backup of that PDI.

If not then as Atul mentioned u need to request for a new instance.

the short answer is no. When first the PDI has been reclaimed it can’t be restored. Only solution is to request a fresh installation.
