Can anyone tell what is Change Registration Model?  How it works and features..

Change Models help to streamline workflow and include Model States.  Examples include Normal, Emergency, Standard, Change Registration, etc.  

Change Registration is a Change model used to capture change requests in an external system. There are no approvals associated with this model. 

I believe this was introduced in Quebec.  I believe the primary use case is DevOps

Can you cite a specific example pls? Is it like if we have a PaaS or SaaS engagaement with a provider, if they will be having a change, then we just simply document it as a "Change Registration" since its a change to an external system?

..."Change Receipt" enable/mark your change like "registration change" in others words..if you have one change in others system like jira or hithub wish connect servicenow with this system and register yours changes on servicenow...

These changes registered from other system can be visible in change form in some way? they are using CHG number?
