Hi,

We have integrated our ServiceNow instance with Microsoft Teams via virtual agent.

Now we had a requirement i.e., Can end-users can approve the tickets from my approvals tab in ServiceNow which are assigned to them.

Kindly help if you worked on it before 🙂

Check this out, looks like you need ITSM pro for actionable notifications it will send approvals into MS Teams app so from there end user can directly approve or reject it.
