Can I add 'Minutes' and 'Seconds' labels on a field type of Duration?

On one of our forms, we've got the below field which is causing confusion for some of our end users:

The only issue with this field is that it doesn't explain to some end users what are the minutes and seconds. I was just wondering if it's possible to add 'Minutes' and 'Seconds' labels similar to the way that 'Days' and 'Hours' appear.

 

If this can't be done, is there an alternative solution that makes it clear to the user what the Minutes and Seconds are.

sorry not possible to add this as the field description part comes from platform level and we don't have access to it.

What you can do is show field message telling users what those 3 boxes mean

OR

you can show help text near it
