How can i export KB Article to Pdf file where ITIL users can export the file

Found this article when I was looking for the same thing myself. But I also found one solution to this. Use this link to create a .pdf-file of your KB-article:

https://<instance-name>.service-now.com/kb_knowledge.do?sys_id=<sys_id_of_kb_article>&sysparm_media=print
