Can I know any way to add the entire ATF Test suite to the current update set.

While adding an existing suite to update set only the suite schema is getting added but not all the tests and test steps of that suite, is there any way to add all the details of a test suite into the update set without navigating to each and every test in the suite and without copying the test suite, tests?

This is not how it is done.

Firstly, you need to add each test individually then only you can add corresponding suite to update set.

You can use the UI Action 'Add to Update Set' present under Related Links.

Using this you can capture Test and Test steps in 1 go. Simply Open the Test and click on the related link, then Test and Test steps will be captured in the update set.
