Hi,
I have the requirement to send the mail to cc recipient only without filling "To" recipient, when I try to send the mail from email client template to the cc or bcc recipient without filling the "To" recipient then I am getting the error as "Recipient required in To: Block" as mentioned in below screenshot.
Is it possible to send the mail without filling "To" recipient? How can I get rid of this error?

Hi @Anmol12 ,
You can create a new record in the email address filter table, navigate to the email address filter under system mailboxes and create a new record, refer to the oob record.
If this helped, please mark my answer as helful and accepted solution.
Thanks!!

Hi @Anmol12 ,
You can add the recipient (To) as your servicenow instance's email, i.e. your-instance-name@service-now.com
Make sure configure a email inbound action that ignores email which are being sent by your own instance.
Please check this thread as well : https://www.servicenow.com/community/now-platform-forum/is-it-possible-to-send-a-notification-with-o...
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark it as correct and accepted solution.
