Can not update or export Decision Table

All of a sudden by decision table is showing "Blank" in all my instances.
The catalog items i have using it currently are still working, but I can not get this into DRAFT mode.
I've looked at the UI decision tables, and there are no duplicates.
If I test the table, I get results.
Can anyone tell me how to get it back so that I can add more items to the table?
I'm getting an error that says my decision table delta already exists, but when i look at the Delta tables there is only one.

Try to repair the plugin once.

OK, I'll try that, however, when I click on repair I'm getting the same thing that the "Decision table" already exists.
But it's completing...
however, still getting same
Click Draft
Close flow and open decision tables from UI, see this

I've repaired it once, still getting issue.
I've even waited a day. Still showing as empty

it's very strange, the table is blank but the logic still works
Try to raise a HI ticket
