Can not update or export Decision Table

All of a sudden by decision table is showing "Blank" in all my instances.

The catalog items i have using it currently are still working, but I can not get this into DRAFT mode.

I've looked at the UI decision tables, and there are no duplicates.

If I test the table, I get results.

Can anyone tell me how to get it back so that I can add more items to the table?

I'm getting an error that says my decision table delta already exists, but when i look at the Delta tables there is only one.

Did you find a resolution to this? I have a similar issue with one of the decision tables I've been using and not been able to resolve it. 

My issue isnt that I can't see it, but that I am unable to update/edit the existing decision table.

In my case, I went to System Definition -> Decision Tables. There are two versions of the decision table with the same name. One has "delta" at the end of the name. I deleted that version, and I can be able to edit again
