I can't add an instance (Madrid patch1) to the NOW Agent app. I got the message: "A server with the specified hostname could not be found".
Same instance can be loaded using the NOW Classic app with no issues at all.
Could you guys give me an idea about what to do here? We're trying to set up NOW Agent to start testing Studio.

Actually we had our Security people to "whitelist" the Studio app so it can access our SN instance.

Sachin,
I do have that application on the instance. The issue is that I can't add that instance to the mobile Agent app. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Do you have IOS or android phone?
Also, only following devices are supported for agent app.
