Can't delete Demand Task

When I go to a demand that's been completed and try to delete a test demand I created I get this error.   How do I delete my test demand?

Items with related metric results cannot be deleted

The objects you are trying to delete have metric results and some other results.   Type results in the search.   You will see metric results, you can then search for the object in the metric results and delete the results.   Once they are gone you   should be able to delete the object you were trying to delete.   Worked for me.

I don't see anything and i type in result and select metric results.
