Instance creation failure for: com.glide.ui.list.graphql.listLayout.ListLayoutSchemaQuery

Getting this error while using "Document ID" type for a field in the configurable workspace. The "Document ID" field is working fine in the ui 16 but not in configurable workspace . i have read the kb article https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0958308 also but how can we find the table or records that have "%" or special character .

So is there any way to resolve the issue . Or an alternative than "Document ID" type for the field

Did anyone find any resolution to this error? I am having the same thing and I agree that the KB Article wasnt exactly helpful since i didnt have a '%' in any file name or widget.
