Can't Install Human Resources Scoped App: Data Migration Plugin.

I'm using a demo instance San Diego and am having issues with trying to activate the following:

 

Make sure that both the non-scoped and scoped versions of HR are activated:

  • HR Core:
    • Human Resources Application: Core [com.snc.hr.core] - No results found
    • Human Resources Scoped App: Core [com.sn_hr_core] - Showing installed
  • HR Service Portal (if applicable):
    • Human Resources Application: Service Portal [com.snc.hr.service_portal] - No results found
    • Human Resources Scoped App: Service Portal [com.sn_hr_service_portal] - No results found

Am I missing something? I can't install The Case and Knowledge Management. When I try I get:

 

Failed 0 of 1 application(s) has been installed:

Human Resources Scoped App: Data Migration.

 

So I searched for or Human Resources Scoped App: Data Migration and when I click on install, it asked me to Activate, showing that Scoped Application Restricted Caller Access is currently installed

Hope you are doing great.

 

It seemsthere is some activation issues with the HR Core and related applications in your demo instance of San Diego

  1. Activate HR Core and HR Scoped App: Core:

    • Navigate to the Application menu, Search for "Human Resources Scoped App: Core [com.sn_hr_core]".
    •  ensure it's activated.

  2. HR Service Portal:

    • Search for "Human Resources Scoped App: Service Portal [com.sn_hr_service_portal]".
    • Activate it if available.

  3. Case and Knowledge Management Installation:

    • Attempt to install "Human Resources Scoped App: Data Migration".
    • If installation fails with the error "Scoped Application Restricted Caller Access is currently installed":
      • Search for "Scoped Application Restricted Caller Access" and ensure it's activated.
      • Retry the installation.

1. "Human Resources Scoped App: Core [com.sn_hr_core]" - Installed.

2. "Human Resources Scoped App: Service Portal [com.sn_hr_service_portal]". - Not Found.

3. "Scoped Application Restricted Caller Access" - Installed.

4. "Human Resources Scoped App: Data Migration" - Still Same Error.
