Can't log in after waking up my dev sandbox instance

I've recently created a dev sandbox instance of ServiceNow. I left it for a couple of days, logged into my dev account and kicked off the rebuild of my environment. When I tried logging in with my admin account it didn't recognise my password. When I tried resetting my password, the mobile number the SMS was sent to wasn't my mobile number! How do I resolve this and get into my instance?
