After I did a clone to target server.
The target server uses servicenow's default SMTP functionality. I implement the email sending definition after creating Incident.
I see that in outbound there is no information of email. What happened after cloning the system?

Hi
Check if "Send to event creator" is checked in the specific email notification.
Check if the user which is mentioned here is active in the system.
Also, Verify the below details :
- Verify if email has been provisioned, if you are connected to the mail server, or if your mail server is able to process email. For more information, see KB0524524: Verifying custom POP settings or KB0524531: Verifying the instance has the proper custom SMTP server settings.
