Can't submit catalog item with multi-row variable set

Good afternoon everyone, how are you? I have a catalog item with some variables and a multi-row variable set with just one variable of the type single line text. When I don’t fill anything in the multi-row variable set, I can submit the form, but when I fill anything in the multi-row variable set, the submit button doesn't work, and nothing happens. Could you please help me?

Are you only seeing this behavior on this one Catalog Item, or others with a MRVS?  Do you have any onSubmit Catalog Client Scripts in this Catalog Item?

I tried to create a new Catalog Item, with the same structure, then I had the same behavior. I do not have any onSubmit script in my Catalog Item

I do have the same question as Brad asked above but also what is the error that you're getting when you're clicking Submit button? Is the error only visible in page console or do you see any error on the screen as well when you press Submit?

I tried to create a new Catalog Item, with the same structure, then I had the same behavior. I do not have any onSubmit script in my Catalog Item. The error is only visible in element inspector console. On the screen, no error appears, nothing happens, as if the user hadn't pressed the submit button
