Can the SNC Access Control plugin be configured on a developer site?

Can the SNC Access Control plug-in (com.snc.snc_access_control) be requested on the developer site?
Is it possible to install the plugin on the developer site to validate security settings?
I would like to do this if it is free.

What do you mean with "developer site"? Your DEV instance on a customer site? Your personal PDI?

To answer your question: This plugin can only be activated on customer instances and NOT on a PDI.
