I recently started exploring the Playbook/PAD (Process Automation Designer) in ServiceNow for one of my requirements where an end user (consumer) will submit an application using a record producer linked with case table. I want to create a playbook with multiple activities as follows:
Activity 1) Submit Application -> End user submits the case/application.
Activity 2) Application Review -> Agent verifies the details and gather required approvals from internal team.
Activity 3) Documents -> End user fills the additional details/documents.
So can we design a playbook like this to accept additional information or details (not only for the same record but for any table/record as part of the application process) when the case is already submitted by end users?
