Can we change the default view to custom view for the form displayed 'Open Record' Reference field

I have an admin role and when i click on 'Open Record' from a reference filed information icon, the view of the from is customized view. But when the users with specific role click on 'Open Record' it is displayed in Default view.  Is it possible to change the view to the customized view ?

Thank you for the reply sonam. But its not abt the pop up fields.

I have the admin role. So when i click on 'Open Record'  its taking me to the customized view of the form. 

for end users, if they click on the 'Open Record' it shows the 'Default View'  

 Any idea? How the users would get the customized view of the form if they click on 'Open Record' from the information icon ?

Have you already created view rules. Does the user have view_changer role?

No such role is created. 

Users who has given write access to the form can see the 'customized view' when they click on Open Record on Reference information icon.

Users who has no write access to the form are seeing the Default view. Can this be changed ?
