Hello,
I wanted to check if we can change the display value of a date/time field to the mm/dd/yyyy h:mm AM/PM. The times should be in EST time. I guess the mm/dd/yyyy h:mm format is already there, but I would need it to be in EST and in AM/PM format. I think other dates in the system use pacific time and 24 hour schedule rather than splitting into AM and PM. I know I can globally change the date/time formats in System configuration, but would I be able to do this for just some specific fields? Thank you.

No, you can't. That would cause a lot of issues, because the base setting is always calculated to the system time, to calculate everything. Using a different setting on any field would cause great problems with calculating the values.
What is your business requirement to have one field set to a different setting (since any user in a different timezone sees different values).
