Can We create a custom role for admin?

We want have roles for below activities,

  • Providing access to dashboard/reports
  • Providing access to applications
  • Adding users to groups
  • Providing access to Agile Module
  • SNC access control
  • Activating or creating knowledge base
  • Plugin activities

    We do not want to give a support team admin access (as this will give them full control) Can we create a custom role instead of giving admin access for above activities?

Hi @aparna_sunil ,

I think you don't need a custom role here unless you have plans to create custom ACLs

 

Otherwise

create a support team group and assign related roles to it and add users to it

this is the recommended approach
