Can We create a custom role for admin?

We want have roles for below activities,
- Providing access to dashboard/reports
- Providing access to applications
- Adding users to groups
- Providing access to Agile Module
- SNC access control
- Activating or creating knowledge base
- Plugin activities
We do not want to give a support team admin access (as this will give them full control) Can we create a custom role instead of giving admin access for above activities?

Hi @aparna_sunil ,
I think you don't need a custom role here unless you have plans to create custom ACLs
Otherwise
create a support team group and assign related roles to it and add users to it
this is the recommended approach
