Can we edit the title of the chat message.

We would like to know if we have any option to update the title of the chat with the user who started the chat in the agent workspace. PFB for the same

Hi @harikaravur ,

 

In the corresponding service channel, which is "Chat" in your example, open the respective service channel, scroll down to the related list. There, you will find the Inbox Layouts related lists, where you can modify the card layout for inbox items associated with a given service channel.
