Hello @Aparna45 ,
As I know, if you talked about CSV & Excel format as attachment. Then the answer is No, ServiceNow don't have functionality to edit the attachment.
Once you save the attachment, it creates Attachment record at sys_attachment table.

The answer is no. We cant edit the attachments in the servicenow, it only create the record in the sys_attachment table.

No, you cannot edit the attachments directly in ServiceNow.
