We have requirement where we need to check the catalog item variables for setting the SLA start condition.
Is there any way we could do that on RITM table on which SLA is built ?
Please provide your answers.

Hi @Ramya95
Practically, we don't set the SLA on the RITM. We always set the SLA at the SC task level, and then you can use the variable easily. Here is your use case:
table: sc_req_item
add item
then select show related field and add variable.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello @Ramya95
Yes there is "Variables" field in "task_sla" table. Also there is Question field there , so you can bring whatever you want.
If you share screenshot of what exactly you are doing then I can help you out.
Kindly mark my answer as helpful and accept solution if it helped you in anyway. This will help me be recognized for the efforts and also move this questions from unsolved to solved bucket.
