Can we remove New Interaction & Incident from agent workspace in custom application??

Hi @Delapan ,

Go to 'Configure Workspace' by clicking on Profile,

Scroll down to 'New Record Menu items' related list and deactivate, make sure you are in proper scope, I guess for you should be in 'ITSM Workspace' scope, mark my answer as correct if that helps

There is no such option for a customized workspace.

Hi Can you please table name for "New Record Menu Items"

I am not able to find "New Record Items" once I get to the configure workspace page.
