so i thinking to remove X-ServiceNow-Generated:true from the email properties, if i removed this from the email properties will it be effect to other functionality, please guide me to fixt this issue.
X-ServiceNow-Spam-Flag:YES,X-ServiceNow-Virus:INFECTED,Auto-Submitted:auto-replied,X-ServiceNow-Generated:true,X-FC-MachineGenerated:true,Content-Type:multipart/report; report-type=delivery-status;
note :I have other idea in my mind instead of removing this X-ServiceNow-Generated:true, can we customize this according to requirement to allow this abcd@servicenow-now.com to received.

Hi Venugopal,
No harms if you remove it. Just some mails got this set to true and they will be receive-ignored.
ServiceNow is not blocking the emails, it is ignoring them. The configuration is easily available to change this permanently or make specific exceptions. We also recommend that every instance admin regularly checks the Junk mailbox to see if any 'real' emails are being ignored.

Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
