You need to contact HI customer support and create HI incident and ask them for setting up Temp instance.

You don't have to pay for this.

Hi Sachin, 

When I reach out to the ServiceNow some of agents are saying as its free of cost for the temporary instance copy and some of them are saying as its not free. 

Do you have any experience doing this for TEST instance where we you have requested the temporary instance just for data recovery purposes.

Yes, i did this multiple times to request temp instance.

I always create HI incident asking them to setup temp instance.

Yep I did it too for temporary data. You can raise a request on HI Portal. Not sure about the cost. We got it for free and it will be valid for 2 weeks and you can extend further by requesting with HI.
