Can we upload empty files in servicenow

In workspace can we attach empty files which has 0kb file size, does ServiceNow provide such functionality to configure this.

Yes you can do. It is considered as attachments only.

Sorry mate, for wrong answer earlier:

No, out-of-the-box ServiceNow does not allow you to upload empty (0-byte) files. If you attempt to attach a completely empty document or text file, the platform will typically reject the upload, block it, or fail to save the file without throwing a clear error.

OOB in workspace, it does not support empty/0 KB file to be attached in any record.
