Cancel button for a specific catalog (how?)

Looking to know how to add to my script on making sure this button only appears on a specific catalog 

currently have the following and it works but it shows up on all catalogs

Remove semicolon in On Click Field and remove line 1 from Script below condition field.

so I was able to get the condition to work but now the cancel button does not work lol

Are you able to see the button on specific catalog.
