Cannot add Workspace Experience in App Engine Studio in my PDI

Hi, is it intended that I cannot add new Workspace Experience from App Engine Studio in my PDI?

The tile is missing. Pretty sure I was able to do that earlier.

I checked the plugins and I have App Engine Studio as well as Workspace Builder installed.

Am I missing something or is this currently a limitation on the PDI?
