cannot be able to add Zip files in the attachments.

Hi, 

I am experiencing an issue while attaching zipped files in SNOW and I have received the attached notification.

Could you please help me to resolve it? this is the error it is showing up..?

Hi, I recommend to check the allowed file type configuration. The below link is referring where it should configure.

I recommend to check the file size limitation which configured in your instance.
