I am trying to get the Twilio Spoke set up and cannot create Connection Attributes. I am following this support article: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0852986
They have some Connection Attributes that are used when creating the Connection records but the process of creating them is not covered. When I click the "New" button on the Connection Attributes related list on Connection & Credential Aliases or directly on the Connection Attributes table, I see this empty form. I have admin, is there a special role needed for this? I also tried elevate roles to security_admin.
How can I fix this so that I can create Connection Attributes?

Hi,
I have seen this before, on a different table, the form layout is broken.
Contact support, and have them help you restore it again.
