Cannot find tables for installed plugins in PDI

I have ordered a new Personal developer instance (PDI) today and installed the Plugin - 'Vulnerability Response' with demo data.
But I do not see any left-hand navigation or tables available.
Can someone help, why is it so?

Sometimes, the plugin doesn’t install fully, which can cause this issue. Try clearing the cache using cache.do, or attempt to repair the VR plugin again and then check if it's working properly.
