Cannot Fix Empty Labels in a table

I have a table in two instances, my table consist of a few fields that have empty labels that i cannot fix, i manually added new labels and applied them to elements however , they dont take. the label exist in the labels dictionary however its not visible on the form
Any suggestions?

Hi David,
When you say the labels don't exist on the form, are they missing? or are they showing as 'unknown' or something of the like? Also, did this happen after an upgrade or after committing an update set?

That happened to me all the time at a previous job. It was the most frustrating thing and made me want to stop using update sets altogether.
We had to recreate the labels, which worked for us. Are the labels present at the bottom of the related list in the dictionary of the field? You may have to delete anything there, add the New button to that list via list control, and recreate the label a second time.

I was able to delete the label there, even though i created a new one it wont take..
and in the table view the column is still blank
